Ordering & Quotes
How do I request a quote?
Send us your site plan, photos or rough dimensions through the contact form, email or WhatsApp. Our team will reply within one business day with clarifying questions, then send a free layout design and itemised FOB/CIF quote within 48 hours.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no strict MOQ for full playground systems — most orders are sized to fill a 20ft or 40ft container for the best freight cost. Small accessory or spare-part orders can often be combined with another shipment.
Can I order a single piece of equipment?
Yes. Single units can be quoted and shipped via LCL (less-than-container-load), though the per-unit cost is generally lower when items are consolidated into a full container.
Customization & Design
Can you customize colours, themes and branding?
Yes — colour and theme customisation is included at no extra cost on most products. Custom graphics, mascots and branded signage can also be produced to match your venue identity.
Do you provide 3D renderings before I order?
Yes. Every formal quote includes a to-scale 3D layout based on your site plan, so you can review the design, equipment list and safety zones before production begins.
Can you design a playground for an irregular or sloped site?
Yes. Our in-house design team regularly adapts standard modules — and designs fully custom structures — to fit irregular plots, slopes, columns and ceiling heights.
Shipping & Logistics
Do you handle shipping to my country?
Yes. We arrange FCL and LCL sea freight under FOB, CIF or DDP terms and prepare all export documentation, including certificates of origin and test reports where required.
How long does production and shipping take?
Most orders take 25–35 days to manufacture and quality-check, followed by sea freight transit time which varies by destination — typically 20–45 days. We provide a full timeline with your quote.
Can accessories be shipped in the same container as equipment?
Yes, and we recommend it. Combining surfacing, fencing and furniture with your equipment order makes the most efficient use of container space and reduces total freight cost.
Installation & After-Sales
Do you provide installation services?
Every order includes detailed assembly manuals, labelled components and instructional videos, plus remote support from our engineers via video call. On-site installation teams can be arranged for select regions for an additional fee.
What warranty do you offer?
Structural steel components carry a standard warranty against manufacturing defects, with shorter terms for soft-play fabrics and consumables. Exact warranty terms are listed on your quotation and order confirmation.
What if a part is damaged in transit or fails later?
Contact our after-sales team with photos and your order number. We keep spare parts in stock for all products we manufacture and will arrange replacement parts for shipping damage or component failure.
Payment & Certification
What payment terms do you accept?
We commonly work on a 30% deposit / 70% balance before shipment via bank transfer (T/T). Letters of Credit (L/C) are accepted for larger orders — ask your account manager for details.
Are your products certified?
Yes. Our equipment is manufactured to EN1176 (Europe) and ASTM F1487 (US) standards, with TUV and ISO9001 certifications. Test reports and certificates are provided with your shipping documents.
Can you provide samples?
Small accessory samples (surfacing tiles, fittings, fabrics) can be sent on request. Due to their size, full playground structures are shown via detailed photos, videos and live factory video calls.
